FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT INSIGHTS

What is Grupo CSI Insights?
It is the section where Grupo CSI publishes content on financial digital transformation: written analysis, conversations with specialists from the industry, downloadable material and the sector's media coverage. Four formats with a single purpose: so that decision-makers at financial institutions meet the next regulatory requirement, or the next fraud attempt, prepared.
What is the difference between Blog, Press, Knowledge Series and Resources?
The Blog gathers written analysis and guides on regulation, risk, identity and technology. Knowledge Series collects conversations with specialists from the sector. Resources are materials to work with —guides, checklists, ebooks, reports and recordings—, not just to read once. Press gathers the appearances, interviews and mentions of Grupo CSI in specialized media: there, the writer is the publication.
Who is this content written for?
For whoever runs or decides on a financial process in Mexico: compliance, risk, operations, technology and management in banks, fintechs, non-bank lenders, insurers and merchants that extend credit. The sector's context is taken as given, so the texts get to the point instead of explaining from scratch what a regulatory provision or a chargeback is.
Do I have to register or pay to read?
No. Blog articles, Knowledge Series episodes and Press items are read without registration and at no cost. Some Resources ask for name, company, email and phone before the download; when that is the case, the button shows a padlock before you press it.
How do I find out when something new is published?
By leaving an email address in the notifications block at the end of this page and of every section. A message arrives when something new is published, and nothing else: this is not a promotions list. The subscription covers all of Insights, so leaving it once is enough.
How does this content relate to what Grupo CSI does?
The topics come out of the daily work. Digital origination, identity verification, fraud prevention, document management and chargebacks are processes Grupo CSI runs for financial institutions, and that is where the questions these pieces answer come from. When a text leads to one of our services it says so openly; the rest stands on its own.
